Need a new cord
I’ve been trying to connect my Internet box but it lights up and the it turns off. Do I need a new box or cord?

Hi Judith0786,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the new modem. Do you have another power outlet to test it on real quick? If the same thing happens, either a new power cord or modem may be needed. If you're using a Cox provided modem, we would swap both.
