McAfee Security Suite - Unable to Install
Bought a new laptop and tried to download the free McAfee from Cox. Opened the page www.cox.com/securitysuite, entered my primary id and password, and received a message that "Something went wrong. Please contact Customer Support for assistance." Chatted with customer service who told me to try again later. Later did not work.. Anyone else had this issue before? Could my primary id be causing the issues? Thanks

Try logging into the regular Cox web page and just navigate to McAfee from there.

Have you tried the Virtual assistant by accessing the McAfee Support at service.mcafee.com ?
