Is there a way to add an email domain to my blocked senders list?
The Cox spam filter seems to do a good job filtering out junk emails, but there are still many that get through. There used to be a way to add an email domain to the blocked senders list, but there no longer appears to be a way to just enter a specific domain. I would like to block some email domains to cover all email addresses from that domain and minimize the amount of entries in the blocked senders list, which appears to have a max limit.
Thanks for any help.

Yes, I would like that too. The scammers just change the name in front of the @ symbol, but harder to change their domain. We should be able to just block anything from that domain.

Hello,
Our new email platform does not have the option to block an entire domain. However, you can create new rules that can block emails based on certain criteria such as date, content, name, etc.
Thanks,

Primary Cox ID's typically can't be deleted except in rare cases, especially when additional ID's are involved. Deleting a primary ID affects all benefits of having the ID as well as affecting your additional ID's.
Managing spam can be frustrating. Senders of spam are constantly changing the message content and from address. You can mark messages as spam in webmail or forward to spamreport@cox.net for the messages to be reviewed. If the offending emails are from a particular domain you can set a rule to automatically delete them, but all emails from the domain would be deleted.

I'd hate to see you go over something that affects all email platforms and providers. No email platform will ever accurately filter spam 100% due to the ever-changing content in the messages, but by customers marking messages as spam (or not spam) our filter learns and adapts. We appreciate your feedback and have shared it with appropriate leadership.
