We have been having problems with our internet. It keeps going out and usually in the middle of a very good program. I keep resetting the modem, and cable boxes but the problem persists. I feel as though coming back to cox was a mistake and should leave to another company. This is frustrating. I pay my bill on time but am not receiving guaranteed service I was promised. This is very frustrating!

What model equipment do you have? How is the coax run to the different outlets in your house? When did the problem start and anything happen around then?
