Hi Tvaldez0509. I apologize that we have no way to send you an email with this information. You can certainly take a screenshot from the Cox app via any mobile device or via Cox.com showing this information. You can also sign up for text alerts by sending a text message to 269898 to receive outage alerts. This is what I do when this happens to me. Thanks, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
