Internet Issue in Roanoke, VA

Many of us in our neighborhood can't access certain sites.  We get constantly changing details re: outage or no outage.  The texts don't really help with that.  The tier 1 support is not at all helpful and tier 2 can't really do much either.  This is likely both a router and modem issue.  I've replaced the modem/router, I've done all of the customer service calls.
