Internet Interruptions
Hello, I recently moved to another state and never had issues with Cox in my old apartment. In my new apartment my internet cuts out once or twice a day and the logs show the error message below. Hotline was not very helpful (already talked to two people). Any suggestions?

Hi, David. It appears the modem is having problems negotiating the IPv6. As this is a Cox provided modem, please email us the physical address and any other pertinent information to Cox.Help@cox.com with your name and a copy of this forum message. We're glad to assist you.
