Intermittent internet connection
I've had Cox for over three yrs no problems until last month. Started coming in and out all the time. I work from home and every time the internet cuts out I have to log back into everything. I am not able to get any work done. COX DOES NOT CARE. HELP! What can I do? They have already sent out 5 techs but nothing gets done. Can't speak to a sup. I just need to know what I need to do so I can have internet and not lose my job?

Lets start with basics, wired/wireless? What modem/router are you using? Do all devices drop at the same time, or just the computer you are on?
