I'm back can I connect to my old email?

I used to have Cox residential service. I moved away for seven years and now I've come back. I lost access to my old email account, now that I'm back can I connect to my old email?

Email accounts can no longer be created for new or existing Cox customers as of August 15th, 2019. It would had to have been on an active account before that date in order to continue to have access.
