I can no longer get into my job portal (new fire wall) from home!

Question

My home internet is the only place that DOES NOT let me into my work portal (they updated the firewall). How do I get access to work from home??

Hi Mesa mom, if you haven't already done so, please clear your internet browser's temporary internet files and cookies, as WiderMouthOpen suggested. Does the new job portal require that you sign in using VPN software? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

You can also go to ipchicken.com, get your IP, and have them do a packet capture while you are trying to connect.  This will identify if you are even getting there.  As Becky mentioned, they may have implemented a VPN requirement so you have to run a client first.
