How to find service availability at as specific address (without having to open a Move ticket)?
I can find no way to check service availability at a specific address without having to open a "move my service" ticket. The most prominent tool is the availability maps and it simply points to walk-in store facilities.

You can try this link and add the address so see if we offer service https://bit.ly/3pDqLeO. If the address isn't serviceable then you would need to email or call so a serviceability request can be submitted. The email address is cox.help@cox.com.
