How to cancel Internet service

I want to cancel my Internet subscription.  How can I do this? 

Chat (presumably AI) does not recognize this request.  What telephone number do I call?

No problem. Not sure if that goes directly to their retention department or if you have to say you want to cancel your service, either way, you will have to cancel through someone who gets paid to change your mind. Hopefully the "Click to cancel" initiative will change that and make it possible to cancel online.
