Hotspot Outage

I have been trying to report a Hotspot outage in my area.  It has been out for about three weeks now.  Where or how can I report this outage? (Cherry Street, Macon, GA  31201).  I have used this hotspot consistently in the past.  Now when I try to connect I get (no internet connectivity). Please fix it.  THANKS!

Can you pinpoint where this is at exactly? I see that we have several hot spots on Cherry Street.
