Gigablast Panoramic Modem question.

I've had Gigablast for a few months now. I'm thinking of getting a smart vacuum for my home, and I see that most wifi vacuums only support 2.4ghz wifi. I noticed with my previous internet provider that I have two different wifi connections - 2.4ghz and 5. I currently do not have that. Does the DTC4141 support both 2.4 and 5ghz? How can I connect to the 2.4?

Yes, this modem has both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wireless networks. If you happened to name them exactly the same, it may be hard to tell which one is which or you may only see one of them listed if your device(s) only support 2.4Ghz (which is the older technology of the two).
