Forwarding Email

I have a forwarding address set in my cox.net email to send all of the messages that I receive here to another account.

I want to change the email address that receives all of the forwarded messages, but I can't find the setting where I can control that feature. It used to be easy to find but the web email portal has changed and I can't locate it.

Where can I find the setting that controls forwarding of all email that arrives in my inbox to another email account?
