Hello,
I have been experiencing intermittent internet loss for quite some time now and it makes playing online video games and streaming movies a pain.
As the title says, I have been receiving the following items in my event log:
1. Dynamic Range Window violation,
2. RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW,

The text on the phone did the basic stuff then said I would have to pay to have someone come check out. I am starting to think Cox is doing this on purpose and wants there customers to leave.
Any help would be great.

Social media team didn't help me with this issue. I am experiencing same thing now for over 3 months.
Have had 9 technicians out to my house, called tech support approximately 15 times, and no one solved anything.
I have replaced all my in house wiring, new splitter from cox, new drop from cox, new modem, new router, new cat6.
Let me know if they end up helping you with this issue and I'll do the same

Having this exact same issue for the past 6 weeks. Social media team "researched my case" and eventually said there is a "known issue in my area that they hope to resolve soon." No resolution yet, still getting disconnected 12+ times per day.

Those levels are a bit hotter than I like to see, put splitter, or something to reduce the signal level in line to the modem.
