Downstream Channels will not bond. Very bad connection.

Good morning. I have a Netgear C7000. I started having issues about 2 months ago and a tech was out and replaced outside line. No splitters or anything are between the cable modem/router and where it comes into the wall. In the last 3 days I have had numerous channels that will not bond downstream. I work for the Dept of Veteran Affairs and need a functioning connection to work remotely. I have no clue what could be causing this problem. I have done a factory reset and numerous restarts. Any new cell towers or antennae in your neighborhood? It seems your only Not Locked channels are contiguous from 939 to 969 MHz.

Nothing new in this area. No towers added. We had high mph winds for two days and a snowstorm. Line is new from the box to the modem. Pole to house is probably 7 or more years old. Have some really large rodents that frequent the line and the pole many times daily.

The channels seem kinda specific for scurrying rodents. Any recent electronic equipment purchased and located near any cabling?

Nope. No changes at all. Everything has been as it is for close to five years. Nothing new bought or placed near either the line or the modem. Not in any of the rooms.
