Deceptive Pricing for 1 GIG
It looks like my previous discussion now has the comments turned off.
I went further into my account and it actually shows that my current plan is $70/month (with the $120 crossed out), and they are instructing me to reference my bill for accurate information.
Why are they advertising different prices?! I know what the bill says because I pay it, each month, on time.
I would suggest everyone look at their own plan under the web address to see if you see this discrepency: cox.com/residential-shop/internet-configuration.html

When you log in to see other service options, you will see promotional pricing that you qualify for.
