Customer Communication: Notice of AUP Violation

I received an email Notice of AUP Violation that I know nothing about. According to the violation info the offending download was happening sometime after I had left for work. Whatever the file was exactly was nowhere to be found on either of my PC's but was called Fallout 4 NG [FitGirl Repack], I don't know what this FitGirl Repack things is but I already legally have purchased Fallout 4 through Steam and that was years ago. What is the process to deal with this?
