Cox Page shows "Service Interruption" but my internet works...

However I do see these errors in modem logs. I've had plenty of issues before, just trying to make sure you guys can see what I see. My signal strength seems within range and I can post some more information on that.

Hi Ericsysmin, the "service interrupted" internet message indicates that something isn't quite right. It can indicate modem signal issues, uncorrectable or timeout errors, or TX/RX levels that are outside of our preferred specifications. Sometimes a simple reboot will correct this. If you haven’t already done so, unplug your modem for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. After the modem reboots, do the same unplug/replug of your standalone router. You modem log isn't necessarily going to reflect your actual experience online. Are you experiencing any internet connectivity or speed issues? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
