Cox is terrible

Raise my bill every month cause they want me to upgrade I wish I didn’t have to use them this company sucks

I’ve been calling and emailing you never answer the phone but you keep raising my bill I hate I have to use internet through you

They never answer customer service but when it’s bill time they love to tack on 20 or 30 bucks they can do that but never help you with anything
