I have been receiving varies emails and text messages from cox. Complaining about Copyright Notifications they have been receiving. Since the beginning of October, I have since taken many steps to secure my internet. Such as a new IP, Password change, Cleaning all my devices, and even screen sharing with a tech. To no avail, months later I am still receiving these notifications and my internet connection worsens with everyday. I am all out of ideas and fear it will soon result in a permanent disconnect. Please reach out with any steps I should take to resolve this issue. Thanks for your time.

Do you use any programs to watch movies or tv shows over the internet? Programs like Popcorn Time, Showbox, Stremio, Kodi and others, even if you PAID for them, use Bit torrent o illegally stream movies and tv shows to your devices.
Also, do you have other people in your home that use the internet? Check THOSE devices as well for programs that allow you to watch tv/movies. Netflix, amazon prime, etc etc, are legitimate, and won't cause problems. STREMIO and the like, will get you in trouble.
