Connectivity Problems Constantly
It’s amazing how consistent Cox is when it comes to being down or having issues. More often than not, the connectivity is absolutely awful and inconsistent constantly dropping. 3/4 days of the week, it’s down or loses network. How does that even work? I pay 150$ a month for a service as consistent as melted ice cream. And even when it DOES work, it’s throttled all to hell. My package is 500gbs down and 50gb up, I don’t even get HALF of that. I MAYBE get 180gbs down. On a good day. When you call into support, it’s the “equipments” fault. Even when it’s newer equipment.
