Connection to PSN
Got one for you folks that are way smarter than me. So my ps4 all of the sudden can’t connect to the PlayStation account. I can use YouTube from the ps4, but online gaming is out. Wi-Fi & LAN will connect but the issue persists. It works just fine on my phone hotspot AND on my friend’s Wi-Fi. I also can’t log into the account while connected to Wi-Fi on my phone. If I’m on data, I can. I’ve tried port forwarding, resetting router/modem. My model is arris tg1682.
Any suggestions?

Hi, there. You might try factory resetting the gateway. Before you attempt that, bear in mind it will return your network name and preshared key to what is on the label.
