I have now sent in documentation for the third time and have been without Internet for seven days. My daughter has not had access to her school nor her court ordered psychiatrist because Cox keeps re-booting my application. are there any attorneys in this forum who are familiar with ADA law or idea compliance and how I can get Cox to turn my Internet back on so my daughter can see her psychiatrist before she jumps out a window?
