Compatible Netgear X4S modem

Is this compatible with all Cox plans?  It was working for several months and then all of a sudden it stopped working.  I was online chat for several hours and they never said what they thought the problem was--never mentioned if it was not compatible with our plan which did change.

Unless you have another model number for it, it's not certified.

It was compatible when we bought it  (Model C7800) and worked fine until I changed plans--would that effect it?

The Netgear C7800 is compatible with up to gigabit speeds...so, yes, all plans.

Log into your Cox account to Reset your modem.

Changing plans will not affect the modem.

The Netgear C7800 is on our list of compatible modems and is rated for use up to our Gigablast Tier of internet service. It is a DOCSIS 3.1 Dual Band WiFi Modem with 32x8 channel bonding.

After several hours with Cox troubleshooting and them not figuring out what was wrong or how to fix it., I decided before I went and got a new modem/router, I would do a factory reset  AND IT WORKED!!  And it was a surprisingly easy process.  And I'm just a mere mortal woman!!
