Cancel Internet Service Without Calling - Purposely Tough for Deployed Service Members
Why does COX make it so hard to cancel internet service without calling? I am currently deployed and do not have the ability to call their land line. I need to cancel my subscription but I can tell it's purposely frustrating. Cancel. My. Subscription.
