Blink Sync module 2 local storage

I have trying to set up a Blink Sync 2 local storage.  Everything seems to be working correctly, except videos aren't being recorded on the compatible Blink Sync 2 USB drive. I'm just wanting to know if there are any COX Internet connection related issues that may prevent a Blink local network storage from working correctly.  Maybe possible COX network conflicts that I need to know so that the issues can be addressed?
