6+ Outages in the past month and half

Titles says it all but I live in 100+ resident Condo building in Northern Virginia and Cox is our only currently available internet provider.

These outages have been occurring with increasing frequency over the past 3 months.

Is there something being done to address this long term?

If not I'm going to start pushing the House Board to seek a different internet provider since WFH is important and this frequency of outages is unsustainable
