Zoom 5341J Flashing upstream blue light (Unable to bond channels)
I'm an ultimate internet subscriber and two days ago my Zoom 5341J started having an issue bonding upstream channels (flashing blue upstream light). A Cox tech came out this morning, ran some tests & tried reconfiguring the line with a splitter, and finally came to the conclusion that there's nothing he can do about it. Please investigate and help me get the speed back that I'm paying for.

He's right that he personally probably couldn't do anything about it himself, though. This upstream problem looks familiar, and I suspect it will probably be a maintenance issue further up the line.
I've sent it up to our Systems Operations Center for investigation, and we should hear something soon.
