why can't I log in using my CORRECT account name and password??
It kept saying I was using the wrong info.. NO, WRONG!
Now, it just says I have exceeded the amount of incorrect tries (NO, WRONG!) and to try again in 30 minutes.. REALLY? In 30 minutes it will work again? Doesn't it make it YOUR problem??
You charge us so much money, yet you make it impossible to use your services (tv and phone too!)

I'd recommend visit our website https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html. Have you signed into the cox website with your username before, or is this your first time? If you've created a username that ends in @cox.net, try leaving that out for the username. If this isn't the first time signing in and you've confirmed a sign in before, then there is a possibility a password reset is needed. Click 'Forgot User ID / Password?' and go on from there. Let us know if this helps.
