Where is the NFL Network?

You may have to subscribe to the NFL Network Channel.

Check your Cox statement dated on or around September 14, 2013 and read the NEWS FROM COX section.

"On or after October 1, 2013, Cox will add a new subscription based service called Sports Pak 2.  Cox customers may subscribe to Sports Pak 2 for $10 per month and will have access to NFL Redzone SD and HD on channels 160/1160, NFL Network SD and HD on channels 161/1161..."

These channels are adjusted to my viewing area.  If you don't have a paper version of your statement, you can access it through your Cox account:  My Account --> View Bill --> View Statements --> scroll down to Review Past Billing Information

NFL Network in your lineup is available as it originally was in the Sports Pak on 249/1249, and is now also simulcast on 161/1161 in the new Sports Pak 2. If I enter your ZIP code into our site and then navigate to http://ww2.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox that's what I'm getting, and that's what I see when I connect to a test receiver on your hub. Where are you finding 1339?

Sorry. I don't know where I got that number. You're right it should be either 1161 or 1249 depending on if they've changed my Sports Pak or not. Problem is it's not anywhere on my guide at all. 

What networks are on your channels 1161 and 1249?  We know there was an update to the channel linkup (simulcasted 1161), so perhaps your cable box didn't accept the update or it was corrupted.

What would reload the channel lineup...disconnect electrical power to the cable box for two minutes or reset your cable connection?
