Where does one file complaints so consumers can see them

Cox Cable people do not communicate well with each other and do not appear capable of resolving problems.  So, where can I post this and advise people that if they have any other choices, stay away from Cox?

I replied:

Who is” we?”  If you are from Cox, I’ve already been down that road for a couple years now. If you are not from Cox, I’ll take any help I can get.  I have already made new contact with my city council person and the local newspaper.  I do not really expect any help there.  PS, I do not know why I’m referred to as static.

OK, learning how to use this forum.  I see that SharielH is from Cox. I do not expect any real help from Cox.  PS, got a letter yesterday from Cox signed:
