Webmail

WHEN is Cox going to upgrade the Webmail feature?  It hasn't changed in forever!  It's slow, stilted, and frankly almost unusable.  It only shows about 20 emails at a time and I have to sign off and on to get the rest of them.  I do get about 200 emails a day from clients, tenants, and informative websites, but that doesn't seem top heavy to me.  On a Monday I have to sign on and off about ten times to get all of the email from over the week-end.  You can't use the backspace key.  When you attach a document you can't click it to make sure it's the right one, you have to wait until it's been sent and go to the sent mail to double check.

Seriously, the issues are as long as my arm --- any hope for remodeling, Cox?
