watching tv online
I have a sony bluray player that has a wifi internet browser. I have tried to connect to watchtv on cox.com but it locks up on the screen and shows no tv. I have tried several times and it will not work. I push the watch tv button and it goes to the next window but displays nothing but a blue screen. Any ideas?

The web browsers we support at this time are IE11 or higher, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari 5.1 or higher. You will not be able to view the Watch TV option on any other types of browsers. Does your Bluray offer App downloads? If so, I can submit a request to have your device added. What type of bluray do you have?
