WatchESPN app doesn't recognize my Cox lineup
The former ESPN app has been updated to WatchESPN and we cannot view any SEC conference content on our WatchESPN app at all. It keeps telling me the channel is not in our line up, but it plays on my cable just fine. I have called ESPN and Cox multiple times and have emailed the SECNetwork. I can't get an answer out of anyone.. reset all my passwords, this is very frustrating to waste so much time and no one seems to know why?

Can you watch other WatchESPN content besides SEC?
Also, if you sign in to Cox.net, and then on the top of the page click "My Account" and then click on "Explore my services". There should be a modem model number and MAC address shown. Is that the modem your using to get online to get WatchESPN? Also, does it list your cable package on that page too?
