i just switched my mini boxes from the "evolution" to the cisco today because of other problems.

don't let them tell you to use an "evolution!"

but we had trouble with both with the ratio of sound from programs to commercials.  i swear they've magnified the issue!  and there's a law...

when i was dealing with a couple of my own mini box issues i know i saw your issue somewhere with a solution. google the issue, outside of the forums. if i run into it again, i'll get back to you.

i may b a tv tech before this is over!
