viewing calls on new phone tools page
How do you view a phone call from late March/early April? It gives you the choice to view calls from 7, 30, 60, 90 or 120 days past. But no matter what I click, it only allows me to view calls from today, April 20 back through April 13. Doesn't seem like it should be that difficult. Really not liking this new format at all.

Was the call history turned on prior to 4/13? Or is this issue just now coming up for you with the new format?

Call history was on prior to Apr 13. This is a new issue with the new format. Also, why can't I see phone numbers of the calls?

The number should show in a blue box immediately to the right of each name in the Calls column, when you move your mouse over the call name shown. Alternatively, selecting the options to print/download the call list should reveal the numbers column in the output.

I'm still only able to view about a weeks worth of calls, no matter if I select the 30, 90, or 120 days past. Is there ANY fix for this????

I see you mentioned the call history was turned on Prior to April 13th. How long has it been since you've accessed the Call History? Accounts with no activity for 90 days will automatically be opted out of call history. Accessing the feature will opt the users back in. However, any calls received between day 91 and the new access date, will not be available.

it would be nice if the format provide the duration in minutes of the calls that are connected.
