Upgrade the cable modem router or not?
I have the Cisco DPQ3212 Cable Modem / Router in my garage. Own it, not leased. Download speed is 133 Mbps wired (but I only have wired in garage), wireless is 76 Mbps in garage. Of course, in the living room where we actually live, I get 16-33 Mbps.
Should I upgrade the whole modem/router, or just tack on a wi-fi range extender? I do have the landline phone through the modem as well, which complicates the replacement path. Thoughts?

Thanks Jonathon, I saw that list.
Looking for advice as to whether a modem upgrade or a wi-fi extender would give a better performance boost given my download speeds.
