Whenever I try to reply to an email I get a popup that says "unable to initialize applet", when I click OK, get another popup that says "unable to get HTML message", click OK on that one and get one that says "unable to set toolbar". Any idea how to make these go away so I can reply to messages?

Hi Ssmith,
That issue is being caused by the java plug-in for the browser is not working properly. You can try reinstalling java, click on the following link - http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html. There is a workaround also, you can change from HTML to Plain Text when composing your e-mail. To change to Plain Text when composing email you would do the following:
-Login to Webmail, click on the blue Settings button
-Click on Preferences
-The 5th option down, uncheck the box labeled "By default, compose messages using the graphical editor"
