Unable to reply to email??? Really

Recently Cox email users experienced a massive meltdown and could not access email for a few days. Everything was fine until that point, since the email came back up I receive my cox emails but can not reply to anything via smart-phone, tablet or outlook. It keeps telling me that my user name or password is incorrect. So I went to the cox website and changed my password, changed my password on all other devices and am still having the same problem. I am getting so frustrated right now since my cox account is my strictly "no junk email" account. Can anyone help?

Mine was fine until this morning.  I am receiving email, I think, but can't send.  Same issue as yours, telling me password incorrect.  And, since they haven't responded to your post, thy obviously DO NOT CARE.

Can anyone give me a clue as to why Enhanced Webmail has disappeared YET AGAIN.....!!!!   I have been using it on my computer and like it because I can sort my emails easier and flag ones that are important , but Voila!!! Poof that feature comes and GOES, and GOES and GOES....really SUGGS...bigtime!!!
