Unable to play video
So contour has been working pretty well for me. I recently ran into my first issue. When I try to view certain Tv shows an error seems to constantly pop up saying that the video is unable to be played. The code is: XRE-03092. Any idea how to fix this problem?

What are you trying to "view"? A On Demand show? Something you have recorded on your DVR? A channel you have tuned to?

Are you referring to live TV, shows recorded to your DVR, or On Demand shows?
