Just FYI, Ultimate service does include 3 DHCP IP's.You can also obtain a similar effect to a static IP if you go modem > switch > router 1 set up with DDNS to update the IP, router 2 for normal use. The bandwidth would still be tracked per modem, so that wouldn't change, but it does allow for more efficient layer two routing. For security reasons, its actually better to have a router with transparent routing then a switch, but that is only possible on some model routers. There is also ToS concerns, but I will leave that to personal interpretation.
