Ultimate Package but only getting half advertised speed.
Modem is a Zoom 5341J
Router is a Netgear N300
When I first got the service a year ago the speeds were fine, but over time they have dropped to around 30mbps at their lowest. Main connection is hardwired to router.

To get Ultimate speed you need a modem with atleast 16 downstream channels. I would suggest the Netgear CM500.
Also, what model router do you have? N300 is a Wifi speed, and covers many models. If it's the WNR2000v3 then your speed will further capped by the 10/100 switch inside.
What speed do you get direct to the Zoom modem?
