Ubee DDW336 Rebooting
The past couple of days my modem has been rebooting on it's own numerous times. Every time it does, it also prohibits me to use my VPN until I use a paperclip and set it to factory defaults. I have never had to do this until the past 4 or 5 days.

Me too must have been a firmware update and I think you meant ddw366 not 336

Is there a splitter on the coax line going to the modem? Is the modem plugged into a surge protector, or directly into a wall outlet?
