tv

my main tv is fine.   My 2nd Tv isnt.   The box is showing 12:10 and the tv is blank,   i have checked all wires and tight

Hi Jackie,

Please remove the power and the coax line from the back of the box for two minutes. If there is a splitter connected to the coax line, please temporarily bypass it and have a direct connection from the cable outlet to the box. Let us know if this helps.
