TV screen says NO signal
In two days I have had NO signal (the little yellow triangle) what is going on? I have signal on my non-box tvs

Sounds like your TV is on the wrong input. Try hitting the cable button then the "input" button on the Cox remote. If that doesn't work, you may have to find the similar button (input/source/TV&Video,etc) on either the TV or the TV's remote. Switch it to what ever input the plug from the cable box is connected to. If HD, probably HDMI1
