TV Listings
Why cant I bring up the listings for all the channels we have? We have the
| Cox TV Essential | ||
| Includes: | ||
| Cox TV Starter | ||
| Expanded Service |
We get only the main channels but never seem to be able to get the other extra channels like the 34-2 etc.
We've been with you since 2001 and way back you use to have a channel guide and a channel for listings but after the upgrades and switching around over the years, that appears to have been omitted.

34-2 is an OTA sub-channel. It would most likely appear as a 3-digit channel (like 807, 808, etc.) Why don't you give the channel name and your location? As far as channel lists, you can find them at http://ww2.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox (make sure your location is entered correctly), or click the "VIEW PDF" tab at the same location (again making sure your location is correct.) You can get listings at http://ww2.cox.com/myconnection/watch/entertainment/tv-listings.cox (once again making sure your location is correct.) Above that are the Passport or Trio (Contour) on-screen listings.

Here is the link that we have here http://ww2.cox.com/myconnection/watch/entertainment/tv-listings.cox
We are in Las Vegas NV and I see no PDF tab anywhere on the listing page.
There is noting to show the so called sub channels.
If you have a link where I can go to that your explaining I would appreciate it.

I did in my last post. Again:
http://ww2.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox (make sure your location is entered correctly), or click the "VIEW PDF" tab at the same location (again making sure your location is correct.)
Again, what NETWORK (not channel number) are you looking for? Cox STBs do not have sub-channels. What box are you using?
