TV display?
Why are callers on my contact list identified as 'Cell Phone, CA' on my TV display?

The TV Caller ID feature doesn't access the contact list, it uses the same Caller ID information sent by the phone system that a regular Caller ID display unit on a telephone, answering machine, or standalone Caller ID box would use.
The name displayed would be whatever is sent by the originating phone carrier. Many cell phone carriers just display "Cell Phone," the name of a location, or something similar. Other cell phone carriers transmit the customer name, or allow the user to customize the display to some extent. There's not a lot of standardization there.
In any case, what you'll see on our TV Caller ID should match what you'll see on the actual landline phone.
