Stuck at 32 Mbps download speed with DPC3010 modem
Hello,
My understanding was that the Premier package speeds should be around 50 Mbps download at this time, but my download speed is currently stuck at 32 Mbps. Is this normal with a DPC3010 modem? I have unplugged and replugged it back in to see if that would help, but it didn't.

Can you log into your MODEM directly connected to your computer and give a snapshot of your Power level and Signal noise ratio? Power should be close to a single digit as possible whether positive or negative, below the value of -15/+15 after that you get all sorts of disconnects and inconsistent download speeds. Signal noise same should be under 55dB noise else, get a tech out to check wiring and possibly swap modem.

This seems to be a typical configuration file problem. There are two for premier, one for those with DOCSIS 2.0 modems, and one for those with DOCSIS 3.0 modems. If you have the DOCSIS 2.0 config file on a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, it will cap at exactly 32Mbps. You can either call up and ask for them to change it for you or wait for one of the moderators.
